The Process
Requirements
You must have the following:

New Mexico State Board license for cosmetology, barber, etc.

New Mexico State Board Establishment license
-
City of Albuquerque business license
-
CRS number from the state of New Mexico.

We recommend you have a strong existing clientele.
The Money
Our studios range from $550 per month up to $1,265, depending on square footage and whether you choose a 1-year or a 2-year lease.
If you decide that you would like to lease one of our studios, you will need to sign the lease and provide a security deposit of $450.
The Tour
The first step will be a tour. You can bring friends and family, and we encourage you to take photos.
We want you to feel comfortable with your decision.
The Lease
After the tour and if it feels like a good fit, tell us and we'll let you look over our lease contract.

For security, we do not accept walk-ins. But we do encourage the public to go to this website to find a professional. The All Professionals page is where your clients can find you by name, and the Available Professionals page is where prospects can find you by your services.
